• How to care for wax print clothing?

We recommend hand-washing wax print clothing in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid tumble drying and high-temperature ironing. To preserve the vibrant colors, it's best to wash them separately.

• Will the colors of wax print fabrics fade?

Although the colors of wax print fabric are very durable, it's still possible for them to bleed slightly during the first few washes. We advise washing your new clothes separately.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

All DTF printed items are not refunded or exchanged unless there is a printing defect or an error by the printing service.

Handmade items can be refunded, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Un article artisanal en wax est confectionné à partir d’un tissu wax à motifs. Un article imprimé à la demande est un support textile sur lequel un visuel est imprimé pour réaliser le modèle commandé.

Consultez la fiche de chaque produit pour connaître ses matières, ses caractéristiques et ses conseils d’entretien. La production à la demande ne signifie pas forcément que l’article est personnalisé avec votre prénom ou votre texte.
